  • Infant Massage Class

    6 week series

    Teacher: Sa Budnitz

    Age Range: 6 weeks-6 mos.

    Gently nurture and spend time with your baby! Research suggests that infant massage can have various health benefits, like encouraging interaction between yourself and your child, help your baby relax and sleep, positively affect infant hormones that control stress, and reduce crying. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with other parents!

  • Confident Beginnings

    Age Range: 6 months - 18 months

    This class encourages babies to playfully engage in age-appropriate activities through singing, games, and movement! Parents learn to understand their child’s development, and become confident in their  supporting role in it. We’ll make friends and have fun too!

    You’ll gather with the same small group each week, making it easy to get to know one another and build real relationships as you move through pregnancy together.

    We’ll talk about all the things—how you’re feeling, what you’re wondering about, and what you’re preparing for—while leaving room for honest conversation and connection.

    Plus, a group chat keeps the support going between meetups and after!

    A supportive space for new parents navigating life after birth.

    Meeting with the same group each week creates a rhythm that feels familiar and supportive, with space to connect, share, and feel less alone in this stage.

    We’ll talk about real life with a new baby—feeding, sleep, identity shifts, and more—while keeping things relaxed and welcoming.

    You’ll also be part of a group chat for support throughout the week

  • Motherhood Self Care Yoga Series

    6 Week Series

    Thursdays at 5:15-6:30pm

    6/4-7/9

    Time, space, and techniques to tend to your overall health and wellbeing. Through movement, massage, meditation, and creative arts we will ground, release tension, and celebrate ourselves, body, mind, and spirit, with compassion and love.

    Age Range: 2-5 years

    A creative art class for little makers and their caregivers!  Children explore sensory rich art experiences using open ended materials. The focus is on creativity and discovery, giving nestlings the freedom to squish, smear, stamp, and explore at their own pace. 

    Each week will have a different theme and project! 

    This is drop in style -- come anytime during the 90 minute window for art exploration fun!

  • Sensory Explorers

    Fridays at 9am

    Starts 6/5

    Teacher: Aless Delia-Lobo

    Age Range: 1-5 years

    Our sensory play sessions offer a thoughtfully prepared environment where little ones can explore through hands-on, open-ended play. Each session invites children to engage their senses, follow their curiosity, and move freely between experiences at their own pace. 

    You might find children scooping and pouring, exploring different textures, or getting fully immersed in hands-on, sensory-rich play.

    This is drop in style -- come anytime during the 90 minute window for sensory play and exploration!

  • Restorative Yoga

    Tuesdays at 7pm-7:45pm

    Starts 6/2

    Teacher: Melissa Mae Bartley

    In this class props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets are used to support the body in gentle postures for longer periods of time in order to promote deep relaxation and tension release. Music, meditations, or readings may be shared during postures. Optional hands on massage and energy healing offered by facilitator, Melissa Mae.

    Open to anyone from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond—come as you are, take what you need, and move at your own pace each time.

  • Girls' Night: Makers Edition

    Teacher: Ajah Tier

    A monthly space to create in community. Each gathering offers a thoughtfully chosen project and time to slow down, use your hands, and connect with other moms. No experience needed—just come as you are. Held the last Thursday of every month. Bring a snack to share if you’d like!

    We’re kicking this offering off on May 28th! Come create with us!

    No children, please, though non-mobile babies are welcome.

  • Multiples Meetup

    First Thursday Every Month

    Teacher: Molly Paskin

    A welcoming monthly gathering for families raising multiples - twins, triplets and beyond. This meetup is facilitated by Molly, a birth and postpartum doula and mom of twins, who understands firsthand the unique joys and challenges of life with multiples.

    We begin in the classroom with casual introductions, shared conversation, and a light snack. Then we transition into the play space, where little ones can explore and play while caregivers continue to connect in an easy, supportive environment.

    For members this is a free offering!
    For non-members, the cost is $20, which includes both the gathering and open play.

    Run by local mom, Kelly Bessette, The Blooming Circle is a postpartum support group that serves mothers who live within Addison County, Vermont. This group is committed to supporting emotional well-being, self-care, and mental health, helping every mom embrace her new journey with confidence and strength. Together, we foster a community of kindness, support, and understanding—ensuring no mom has to face the postpartum period alone. This group creates a welcoming and supportive environment for pregnant women, new mothers, and experienced moms navigating the postpartum period and the many challenges of motherhood.

  • Sacred Holding Circle: Reproductive Grief & Loss Peer Support - FREE

    A gently held space for grief, healing, and shared experience.

    Sacred Holding Circle is a peer support group for those navigating reproductive grief and loss in any form-including miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion, infertility, and complex reproductive or postpartum experiences. The group is facilitated by Ericka Weik, a postpartum doula, founder of Nourished Mama. Rooted in compassion, presence, and shared understanding of how deeply loss can shape us, this circle offers space to be witnessed without judgment or expectation. You are invited to come as you are, with your grief, your questions, your silence, or your story. Together, we honor what has been lost while also tending to the lived experience of healing, integration, and continuing forward, at your own pace, in your own way.

  • Kids Clay Club with River Clay Studio

    Air-Dry clay is a welcoming gateway into the world of ceramics. It dries naturally and is ready for painting and sealing within just a few days. This makes it an accessible, low-pressure way to explore the fundamentals of hand-building while engaging in rich sensory play.

    Come when you can, there is no pressure or stress if life gets busy. Each session stands on its own, while repeat visits help young makers build skills, confidence, and connection over time. Suggested age range 2-7 years old.

  • Born Ready: Childbirth Ed with Molly Paskin

    We’ll cover the stages of labor, comfort measures, interventions, pain management options, how to advocate for yourself, and how to make decisions when plans shift. In a judgment-free, evidence-based space, we’ll work through fears, validate uncertainty, and build confidence in you and your support person’s abilities. No dry lectures, no outdated videos, no homework. Just real conversation, interactive learning, and engaging information, so when the day comes to meet your baby, you’re ready.

  • The Flexible Birth Plan: Birth Preferences and Planning Workshop

    Teacher: Aless Delia-Lobo

    Together with an experienced doula and birth educator, this class takes expectant parents through thoughtfully exploring preferences, options, values, and priorities for labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period. We’ll discuss common decisions that may arise during pregnancy and birth, including comfort and pain relief options, interventions, support people, newborn procedures, communication preferences, and what matters most to you and your family. We will also cover decision-making and self-advocacy strategies, and how to adapt if things change over the course of the birth.

    Rather than trying to create the “perfect” birth plan, this workshop focuses on helping you build a flexible, informed plan that reflects your values and gives you tools to navigate the unexpected.

  • The Post-Birth Plan: Postpartum Planning Workshop

    This workshop helps expectant parents prepare for the practical, emotional, and logistical realities of the weeks and months after birth. In this class, you will be guided through the creation of a thoughtful postpartum plan that supports healing, rest, feeding, mental health, relationships, household responsibilities, and the day-to-day needs of parents and baby.

  • Spinning Babies and Birthing Bodywork Class

    • Basic anatomy of the pelvis & how it affects your birth

  • Ladies Night Out: Ecstatic Dance

    Wednesday July 15th

    6:30pm-8pm

    Freeform intuitive movement supported by a curated playlist to encourage personal release, expression, and flow while being held in a safe, non judgemental community container. We begin with orientation and meditation, transition into dance time and end with Savanasa/Rest period.

  • Womb Healing Ceremony

    Wednesday August 12th

    6:30pm-8:30pm

     Restore and receive care through this two hour workshop offered to hold you gently in your body surrounded by healing frequencies and love. Guided meditation and journeying, optional hands on healing from professional body workers and energy healers, and vibrational healing through instruments and vocalizations. There will be journaling time and a community altar to honor our individual bodies and experiences. Please bring anything you’d like to add to the altar.

    A slow and welcoming morning designed to help quiet the extra noise of everyday life. Join River Clay Studio for a gentle creative space to explore, learn, and create with air-dry clay. Templates and guided inspiration will be available, while personal projects are always encouraged.

    This workshop is especially welcoming to caregivers, parents, and anyone craving time to slow down, reconnect, and create without pressure. Coffee and tea will be available as we gather in a calm, grounding environment where conversation, creativity, and the steady rhythm of working with clay offer space to pause and breathe.
