Policies & Community Guidelines
Class Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change — especially with little ones. Our policies are designed to balance flexibility for families with respect for our instructors’ time and limited class sizes.
Because our offerings vary, cancellation policies differ by class type:
Drop-In Classes
(e.g. movement, art, baby classes)
Cancellations made 12+ hours in advance: class credit returned to your account
Cancellations within 12 hours: class is forfeited
Workshops & Multi-Session Series
(e.g. 4–6 week classes, special topic workshops)
Cancellations made 7+ days before the first session: full refund to original payment method
Cancellations within 7 days: non-refundable
If we’re able to fill your spot from the waitlist, we’re happy to issue a full refund to your original payment method
Missed individual sessions are not eligible for refunds or makeups
Full-Day / Weekend Trainings
(e.g. childbirth education, intensives)
Cancellations made 7+ days in advance: full refund to original payment method
Cancellations within 7 days: non-refundable
If we’re able to fill your spot, we’re happy to issue a full refund to your original payment method
You’re welcome to transfer your spot to another family
Waitlists
If a class is full, we encourage joining the waitlist
If a spot opens, you’ll be notified automatically
Once added to a class, the standard cancellation policy applies
If We Cancel
If a class is canceled by Nest & Gather, you’ll receive a full refund or credit
