  • Yes. Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime with notice before your next billing date. No long-term contracts — we want this to feel supportive, not stressful.

  • Yes! Unlimited open play included with membership cover the children in your immediate household when attending together with a caregiver.

  • Yes. Memberships renew automatically each month (or year, if annual) so you don’t have to think about it. You’ll always receive a reminder email before renewal, and you can manage your membership through your Punchpass account at any time.

  • Memberships are not transferable between households, but they do cover all children in your immediate family. Punch passes may be shared within your household.

  • We know family life has seasons. If you’re heading out of town or need a pause, reach out — we’ll always try to work with you in a way that feels fair and supportive.

  • Members receive 10% off most in-house classes, series, and parties. Some specialty workshops or outside-led events may be excluded — we’ll always note that clearly.

  • Open play includes access to our thoughtfully designed play space during scheduled open hours. Caregivers stay and supervise — this isn’t drop-off care — but it is a place to exhale a little while your little ones explore.

  • No. Nest & Gather is a caregiver-and-child space. Adults are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
